Default When I meditate ..

When I meditate, I do so in snatches of time. I can meditate in seconds and feel the benefits for several hours. I find it a great way to de stress and get in touch with my inner being.
Does anyone else meditate in this way?

I tend to meditate for around 5 minutes every day, I also use a technique from yoga from to rest 10 minutes and feel refreshed, it beats the hell out of useing caffeine and cluttering up my arteries.
