Default Types of Yoga: Jnana Yoga

Since jnana means wisdom, Jnana yoga is the path of wisdom. The main purpose of practicing Jnana yoga is to withdraw the emotions & mind from perceiving life in order to be able to live in attunement with reality.

According to my knowledge:-
Jnana Yoga is the famous types of yoga and it relate with true knowledge, information helps to know and understand the difference between the real and unreal and the temporary and the permanent.
It deal to extract with the hidden things...

Jnana yoga, also called gyana yoga, is the yoga of true knowledge.Jnana yoga looks into the truth about who we are and what we are experiencing.
