Interesting. I wonder why some people lose weight while the others gain it when they undergo stress. What is the determining factor here? Anyway, I hope no body will use it as a weight loss method.

The answer can be found from the other symptoms of stress. If you are stressed then you either eat much or less. Also, you might have have sleepless nights or unable to wake up in the morning. This will affect your weight in the end.

Irritability is my main concern. I'm not aggressive or anything but I work a static job by the computer and I never get the chance to unload the negative energy so I keep most of the bad things in. in such situation trigger for irritation can be anything. It's not healthy, I know.
