@ Solarpowered. May i know what article you had read to come up saying multivitamins pollutes our body so I can be more aware? Am currently using Hercules Vitamins for almost a year now but haven't feel any side effects yet rather than feeling more energized. Also, i've done my research first before taking them but haven't seen any negative feedbacks yet.

I'm also taking Hercules Multivitamins as what oscarbernabe's taking. I've been using it for almost 2 years now and since then, I never been sick and feel complete

Nothing really beats a healthy diet though I might say that vitamin and mineral supplements do help a lot to sustain some of our body's nutrient deficiencies.
