Default What are the Vitamins & Nutrients to be Included in Daily Diet for Healthy Skin?

Skin is an indicator of our good or bad health. Looking good can make us feel good, even skin often depicts our personality and attitude. Nourishing and nurturing yourself properly can bring immense and immeasurable rewards of confidence, vitality, energy, optimism and good health. Acne, wrinkles, dry or oily skin and inflammation are all signs of poor internal health, often resulted by consuming unhealthy foods and avoiding skin-healthy nutrients and vitamins. So can you please suggest me nutrients and vitamins to be included in my daily diet for healthy skin?

five best nutrition supplements for active women
1.A multi-vitamin
While most women should take a multi-vitamin, women who are post-menopause do not need to take one that includes iron. Look for the 12 essentials, including B complex and the anti-oxidant vitamins.

2.Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D
It is essential that you take all three (calcium, magnesium and vitamin D) for proper absorption, as well as preventing unpleasant side effects from taking calcium alone, including constipation.

3.Omega-3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are important for optimal functioning of both the heart and the brain, they are also shown to act as a natural anti-inflammatory substance.

4.Baby aspirin
Dr. Oz recommends that everyone take two baby aspirin a day, and though it is technically not a supplement, it should be included in the list of what you should ingest daily.

5.Maca root
Since adding maca to my diet a year ago, I have experienced many of its positive effects. The maca plant grows high in the Peruvian mountains, and has been used for centuries by the indigenous people. It's excellent for women in helping to balance hormones, and that includes alleviating PMS or menopause symptoms.

Everything you eat becomes a part of not only your inner being, but the outer fabric of your body as well. The healthier the foods are that you consume, the better your skin will look.

One the most important components of skin health is vitamin A. One of the best places to get it is low-fat dairy products. In fact, experts say that the health of our skin cells is dependent on dietary vitamin A.

Vitamin C is one of the most important of all vitamins. It plays a significant role as an antioxidant, thereby protecting body tissue from the damage of oxidation.
You can easily find vitamin C in following fruits :-
Orange,Kiwi,Guava,Pineapple
