Default What is the best supplement or vitamins to gain weight?

My body is athletic and I am not so very thin, but I would like if I had some more muscles and for that purpose I want to gain weight, so that I can shape up later on. I eat a lot but still I don't gain weight, my body remains in shape, which is a good thing I guess. But I would like to gain some flesh and then mold it into something good. Thanks in advance.

A high-protein diet is usually recommended for individuals who want to gain weight or add some muscles to their bodies. The rationale is that protein is responsible for building and repairing muscle tissues. Sources of protein include white meat (chicken), fish, nuts, beans, and peas. Of course, don't forget your vegetables.

I need to go on a high protein diet to gain weight, too. I'm concerned about the meat and fish that is sold in stores, though. I think I'll go to a health food store and see if I can afford meat and fish that has been raised naturally.

I suggest to have a high-protein diet, do so only as a short-term weight-loss aid. Also, choose your protein wisely. Good choices include fish, skinless chicken, lean beef, pork and low-fat dairy products. Choose carbs that are high in fiber, such as whole grains and nutrient-dense vegetables and fruit.
