Hi James.

Its good that you found my post useful.

Aloe vera is very good for skin.

It is very useful in treating a lot of skin problems. It is used as an ingredient in many beauty and skin care products.

1. You can use aloe vera gel on a clay pack and add a little distilled water to make a paste. In case you are using a fresh plant you can squeeze the juice of the plant and use this water instead of distilled water.

2. When you use fresh fruits: In this case you can blend the fresh fruit pulp with aloe vera gel in a blender and use it.

The Aloe Vera can reduce the pain and swelling you experience during sunburn. It acts as a protective layer on the skin and helps refill its moisture. When the skin is hydrated, then it will recover faster from the sunburn.
