do you Apple is also good for acne treatement and person suffering from acne problem should use apple in diet and Yes, vitamin C is a powerful immune system booster as well as an antioxidant.Without a strong immune system our bodies are not capable of fighting acne or recovering from breakouts.
A powerful antioxidant is good to have on your side too-antioxidants combat free radicals.

yes I do agree with some of the tips shared.

I have tried aloe vera gel on face and got very good result in acne.

I have also heard that drinking aloe vera juice is good for skin..is it correct?

Yes,Drinking wheat grass juice daily are also very effective way to treat acne problem.
Application on apple cider vinegar on affected skin twice in a week is good remedy for acne.

Thanks acneskin for sharing such a useful information. I always follow a natural and herbal treatment of acne because herbal treatment is good and safe. Green tea is a best herbal treatment of acne. Anyway nice post and all tips are superb.
