Category Description would be a good idea

Hi,

I think adding a concise and self-explanatory description for each category in the forums would be a good idea as it would help:

- the members to pick the right category before posting a thread
- the guests and members alike to scrape out the information they want by landing on to the correct category.
- improve the user browsing experience in the forum.
