A Help Section Needed!

Hello everyone,

Today, while browsing the rapidly growing members list on envirocitizen forums, I found that one of our members, had a cool avatar. That compelled me to have one for my own profile too. But I could not find a way to do that. So I felt like asking someone over here, someone who could assist me over using the envirocitizen forums.

So can we have a [B]Help Section[/B] or a [B]Q & A section[/B] or maybe [B]Technical Assistance section[/B] where the forum members can feel free to ask any questions regarding the forum usage and get their queries resolved?
