Default Cloudy PhotoVoltaic Cells?

Am looking for PhotoVoltaic Cells that are optimized for cloudy weather.

Found some info when did search concerning Q Cells but nothing concerning tests of them vs standard cells.

Hope someone has researched this.

Thanks

Ken
