Default Passive Solar Energy

We have a local Habitat for Humanity house that is being built with passive solar energy. This is a first for our area and we all are waiting to see how it turns out. I'm glad they are building it for a low income family though. I am hoping it saves them tons of money in the winter time.

That's a wonderful idea! I wonder if they would put in solar panels as well to help them out a bit more. That or a wind turbine to help them decrease their costs even more. I would love to have a new house built with all of the green updates done.
