Easy Steps to Detox Your Body!!
Just as the skin needs to be cleansed regularly with the use of soaps and cleansing agents and the mind with meditation, the inner body also needs to be cleaned at regular intervals. A few steps to 'detox' you inner system should definitely be tried:
1) Caffeine, booze and tobacco intake should be gradually reduced and then completely written off.
2) Sugar intake should be minimal.
3) Processed foods and foods with saturated fats are a complete no, no.
4) Fiber intake should be increased (fruits, whole grains are perfect)
5) Water and natural juice consumption should be increased.
Contrary to wide spread belief that fasting is necessary for detoxing, the modern (and certainly more effective) approach is to plan out what is best for one's own body and then making sure to follow that schedule.
