Default Need a good hair gel or mousse to keep my curls please

Hello I am going to a wedding and I want to put my hair up in rollers to make my hair curly.

I don't own or even know how to use a curling iron, and I have 3 feet of very straight hair that just loves to fall out.

I was wondering if anyone had good experiences with any organic or all natural hair gels/mousses that didn't leave a lot of residue behind. Or any other tips to help keep my hair curly.

Thanks for your time
