Default Is your body ready for swimsuit season?

Swimming suit season is almost upon us. Is your body ready? I know mine isn’t. Those insulating winter pounds seem to remain on long after the cold months are over. Don’t worry, though, there is still time to lose those pounds before donning your swimsuit. Here are a few ideas to get you started.
