This is good news for me because when I sum all the foods that I buy I think I do pretty alright. I guess my nutrition is very organic, considering your standards.

Sometimes I feel like that I was very fortunate when God was deciding on my sense of taste. Some people are not used to eating organic foods while you have to keep it away from me how much I enjoy it.

I buy a lot more organic in the spring, summer and fall. Then I can hit the local farmer's markets and find some great organic produce (as well as honey and jams, too). But being in the northeast, this time of year everything is trucked in from elsewhere.

Thanks for this list - I was asking about this in another thread so very helpful.

I like organic food, since it is very healthy and no need to spend too much from it. I am very conscious to my health that's why I am very active in this kind of promotion. Good thing here is I influenced my family to go to ORGANIC FOOD.
