Default Eating Raw Food Diet

According to popular diet reviews, eating the raw food diet is a revolutionary way to eat. Many believe that it keeps them smart and healthy. The focus of this diet is on eating uncooked, highly nutritious foods e.g. fruits and vegetables to lose weight quickly and effectively. Of course, these foods are low in calories and might seem extremely good, but eating them raw or uncooked is favored as it is believed that they lose nutritional value when cooked.

Raw foods are better quality, therefore you eat less to satisfy your nutritional needs. In percentage of raw foods increases you feel satisfied and have more energy on smaller meals because raw food has the best balance of water, nutrients, and fiber to meet your body’s needs.

Default Raw food diet

There are different ways that people follow a raw food diet.
Most people who follow a raw food diet are vegan. Some consume raw animal products, such as raw milk, cheese made from raw milk, sashimi, ceviche (raw fish), or carpaccio (raw meat). Some people eat only raw foods, while others include cooked food for variety and convenience. The percentage of raw food is usually 70 percent or more of the diet.
