Question When eating Organic / vegan how long does it take to get clear skin?

So I've suffered from acne since I was 8. The worse is the under-the-skin deep purple acne just besides the nose (on either side of the nose) mostly. I had back acne as well. I've got dairy out and that reduced my acne greatly. I have NO back acne at all for the first time in 10 years. The past two weeks I have been working on eating only organic or raw foods.

My acne was doing the best I've ever seen than about 4 days ago I ate baked salmon. I now have flare ups and I'm wondering if its from salmon.
I'm going back to the no meat only veggies / fruits and larabars and oatmeal as well. How long did it take for your guys acne to clear up if anyone else has done this diet before?

Thanks in advance.
