The decade of global warming.

The most discussed and preoccupying topic of this decade was global warming, pushing behind it's self such major concerns as aids. While I don't think we should ignore other topics, I do think if we end up with an uninhabitable planet other concerns might not be an issue. What are your thoughts on this?

I'm with you on this one solarpowered AIDS won't wipe out all of humanity, but global warming might, luckily more and more people are getting eco concise every day.

Much of the global warming theories and stories are myths, guys. Yes, we should preserve our environment but it's not global warming causing issues. It's our mountains of trash and the substances we humans pour into the air, soil and water of the planet.

I believe that people who invented the Global Warming are those trying to drive focus away from themselves while they build enormous factories that will really destroy the planet.

Global warming is not a myth,our planet has went through it a few times already, only difference is when it's natural it occurs over the period of hundreds of thousands of years, not 100 years like in our case. I suggest you do some more research before saying that global warming is a myth, or perhaps tell the polar bear who has to swim almost a hundred miles to find an icecap on which to rest.

Well, global warming is definitely not a myth but it is a myth that it is human induced. Sun is the sole reason why Earth's temperature is rising. We are measuring temperature not more than half a century, which is surely not enough to predict how the temperature will shift in the years to come.
