Default What is the U.S. government doing to help create Eco Parks and Preservation Areas?

I have se en a lot of pictures of Eco Parks in Singapore that are amazing. it appears that governments in Asia spend a bit to create parks, especially waterfront ones.

Is the U.S Government investing in Eco Parks?

Are other governments doing it?

Creating parks is good for any community and it's citizens.
