Default Solar laptop charger?

I was thinking of picking one of these up for when I go camping in the summers and for traveling. Does anyone know if they work well or what the best brand to purchase would be?

From my experience solar charger has to very big to power a laptop otherwise you will wait a long time to charge so you can work a few minutes. Plus, quality ones are usually very expensive.
