Hello Everyone,
I am looking into purchasing an earth sheltered home that is in fabulous shape with the exception of leaking around what I can only describe as the towers coming up from the roof that contain the skylights that allow in natural light. Their is some leaking from the skylights themselves however their is also leaking that appears to be coming from the outside of the structure the skylights are mounted in where the structure meets the rubber membrane. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this problem and ways to repair it? Also is anyone aware of any good contractors in the Minneapolis MN metro area who are familiar with this type of home construction that I could have come out and take a look? |
