Hot peppers (of which cayenne is one variety) have great health benefits if consumed regularly. Perhaps the greatest attribute of hot peppers is that they boost the effectiveness of other herbs/supplements that are taken with them.
They are excellent for the heart and for improving blood circulation. In fact, there are several doctors that say hot peppers of 250,000 HU (Heat Units) or more can stop a heart attack or a stroke, sometimes with no permanent damage. Apparently, hot peppers can even stop severe bleeding if the powder or a tincture is poured directly into the wound. |

And it is highly recommended that if you are a smoker, that you would benefit by incorporating peppers into your daily diet. Studies have shown that red peppers contain carotenoid, a Beta-cryptoxanthin that helps to promote healthy lung function. And also in summary, peppers are good for you! They are easy to prepare and readily available out in the marketplace. I recommend that you speak to your personal physician or a dietary nutritionist before incorporating peppers into your daily diet. |

Yes I'm totally agree with you guys hot peppers have a great benefit to our health all the peppers are rich in Vitamin A,C,K and as I know that they also reduce inflammation like that found in arthritis and asthma. Vitamin K promotes proper blood clotting, strengthens bones, and helps protect cells from oxidative damage.Great tip for a good health.

There are many ways to limit your self in eating foods, you must know your standards or what you really want to your self but remember if you are in diet
