Default Global Warming Versus Climate Change

For years, I've heard the term global warming, but recently I've noticed that people are using the term climate change. I know that both bring changes to the climate and environment, but I can't help but wonder why I'm hearing more about climate change now? Is it because global warming is going to bring about changes in the climate and they are trying to prepare people for them?

There are changes in climate and the environment resulting from global warming that don't make it "warmer" in many places, so many people do not believe global "warming" is taking place, though they see that climate changes are taking place.

Well, global warming or not the climate is changing, which is absolutely normal. A lot of people think this is very bad. It's not, and we have to realize that not all things are going to kill us and focus more of our polluted rivers and all increasing garbage dump sites.

Yes, I agree that too much people are hung up on the fact that something terrible hangs over our heads and yet we have no proof of anything. Funny...

Climate change is a more accurate term anyway, since warming is not necessarily occurring everywhere, nor is it the full extent of what happens in our environment. Floods and droughts increase in frequency, for example.
