Description:
The PowerFilm AA Folable Solar Battery Charger is able to charge 2 or 4 AA NiMH or NiCd rechargeable batteries. It is updated to 600mA maximum charge rate. These lightweight and durable PowerFilm flexible solar panels are integrated with the fabric keeping the weight of the solar charger less than 4 spare batteries. It charges 2 batteries at charge rate of 600mA and 4 batteries will charge at 300mA charge rate. Charging circuitry maximizes charge into the batteries and LED indicator lights display charging status and charge completion. Six grommets allow for secure fastening to a pack or to the ground. These solar chargers have been used by the US military for a number of years and are now available to consumers.
