Description:
Fagor gas cook tops are equipped with individual spark generators on each burner. If the flame is extinguished by draft, the cook top will spontaneously generate a spark, re-igniting the burner. Sealed burners allow for easy clean up and prevent cooking spills from damaging interior components. Designed with three concentric flame outputs and large surface burners, the Triple Crown burner allows for versatility to switch from a high setting for frying meats to a low setting for simmering a delicate sauce. Transfer pots and pans easily from burner to burner with interlocking cast iron continuous grates.
